Q. What is the Utah Sports Pass?

The Utah Sports Pass gives the pass holder access to almost every sporting venue in the state. Whether your passion is team sports, watching a racing event, shredding the pow on the slopes or working on your handicap, the Utah Sports Pass gets you there all year long. For a low annual membership fee, each Pass holder will receive access to sporting events and sporting activities along with discounts, offers and inside information. The Utah Sports Pass is limited to a small number of fans. Memberships are exclusive and available on a first come first served basis and can be renewed from year to year. With the Utah Sports Pass, we want you to 'Be In The Game'. The Pass for the specific sports season purchased.

Q. How do I activate and use my Utah Sports Pass?

Once you purchase your Utah Sports Pass, you will be contacted with a Member Login Name and Password. If you have purchased multiple Passes, you will receive instructions on how to access and redeem for each event/game you want to use. You will use your Member Login to access your Utah Sports Pass offerings on the pass. Most vendor partners will use electronic ticketing for you to redeem and use your pass and to access tickets. All ticket links and information will be updated for ease of use. There is no physical card or pass, so access to your pass will be through your Member Login. If you need your Member Login Name and Password, please email us at support@utahsportspass.com to have it reset.

Q. At what ages do children need a Utah Sports Pass?

The FREE age limits for toddlers at other venues are decided by the individual venues. The toddler age limits for the other venues included in the Utah Sports Pass are:
Ogden Raptors – ages 3 and under
Orem Owlz – ages 3 and under

Q. How can I request a refund for my unused Utah Sports Pass?
